I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fat Smoke, and it was an outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and warm, setting the perfect stage for our celebration of Mother’s Day. The real stars of the meal were the beef and pork ribs. They were absolutely fantastic—so tender that they practically fell off the bone! Each bite was bursting with flavor, making it clear that the chefs at Fat Smoke take great pride in their craft. To top off the meal, we indulged in their cheesecake for dessert. It was the perfect sweet ending to a delicious feast! Creamy and rich, it had just the right amount of sweetness that left us wanting more. A special shout-out goes to their new manager, Kevin. His service was impeccable; he was attentive, friendly, and truly made the experience feel special. Kevin's vibrant personality added character to the restaurant, which clearly reflects the welcoming environment Fat Smoke strives to create. Overall, we had an amazing dining experience and will definitely be returning for another visit. If you’re looking for a place with great food and exceptional service, Fat Smoke is the place to be! 4 stars just because of the price. Loved the food and service. Carbonara was a bit bland but i like it pepper-y so I understand. Pork was delicious but a bit dry. The bbq sauce was amazing tho. I could eat that all day. Mashed potatoes were good. But, for the price, it should be 30 to 50% cheaper. Lastly, burger was great! Hope they used a brioche bun to elevate the burger!

Good food! We loved all the dishes we ordered. My hubby enjoyed it a lot. It was delicious and their staff was so nice we went on a Saturday night and it was not that busy. The smoked boneless Angus beef ribs was soo flavourful and soft. The grilled chicken risotto was perfect and the buffalo wings Will definitely be back to try their wagyu and other dish.

I think this is one of the best barbecue spots I’ve tried! We ordered the combo plate with beef and pork barbecue both were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The Caesar salad, coleslaw, and corn ribs were also great additions to the meal. Will I come back here? Definitely anytime! I’m even planning to get Fat Smoke BBQ for our Christmas gathering. Highly recommended!

Ordered the Angus Beef plate, Truffle Rigatoni, and Chipotle wings. Food was delicious with its unique tastes and textures. The flavors did not clash or leave a lingering aftertaste. Usually heavy sauced dishes often overpower one another but this one mixed well. Server Melody was very attentive and knew what to recommend from the dish size to the best sellers. Overall I like this place better than Ribshack and you can park in Japan Home since the building has the same owner. Photo for proof that the food was good.

We visited this resto because we tasted it through a bridal fair. Worth every mile we’ve travelled. Food and service were superb. Full slab can feed around 5-6 people. Sir Kevin was very accommodating and entertaining.
